Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information HireIn7 collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose — you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand how your data is handled.
HireIn7 ("HireIn7", "we", "us", or "our") is a service operated by Delaware Digital. It applies to hirein7.com and the related pages, demos, and services we provide (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
You share information directly when you:
- Book a demo or contact us. Through our scheduling tool (Cal.com) and forms, we collect your name, email, company, and anything you choose to tell us about your needs.
- Subscribe to updates or our blog. We collect your email address.
- Correspond with us. We keep the content of your messages and our replies.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers collect standard technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and how you interact with the page. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and through session-analytics tools that record on-page interactions (clicks, scrolls, and navigation) to help us improve the site.
Information we process on behalf of customers
To build and run an assistant, we connect to the tools a customer already uses and process data in those systems on the customer's instruction. We do not use that customer data to market to individuals, and we handle it under the terms of our agreement with the customer.
2. Cookies and analytics
We use these tools to understand and improve the site. Each has its own privacy practices and controls:

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through the opt-out links above. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work. If we add a cookie-consent banner, your choices there will take precedence over this section.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your questions, schedule demos, and provide the Services;
- Send updates you asked for, and — where permitted — relevant information about HireIn7 (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- Measure, secure, debug, and improve the site and Services;
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. With vendors who help us run the Services — such as our hosting provider, analytics tools (Google, Microsoft), scheduling (Cal.com), email/marketing, and the AI model providers we build assistants on. They may access information only to perform work for us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of HireIn7, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice consistent with this policy.
- With your direction. When you ask us to share information with a third party.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type; when information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. The same principles run through our product: assistants operate with human-in-the-loop checkpoints, an off-switch, and a reviewable record of actions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
- Marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- EEA/UK residents (GDPR). Our legal bases are consent, legitimate interests, and performance of a contract, depending on the activity. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- US state residents (e.g., California). We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by law. You may request access or deletion.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States and may process information in the US and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
Our site may link to other sites and tools we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own — please review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
