These terms govern your use of the HireIn7 website and services. We've written them to be read, not just signed. Please read them — by using the Services, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

HireIn7 ("HireIn7", "we", "us") is a service operated by Delaware Digital. "You" means the person or organization using the Services.

2. What HireIn7 provides

HireIn7 designs, builds, and runs AI assistants that work alongside your team — typically live within a seven-day build. Our assistants are assistive: they help people do work, under human supervision, with checkpoints and an off-switch. They are not a replacement for your team, and they are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services, and you agree to provide accurate information. If we give you access to any account or tool, you're responsible for activity under it and for keeping credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Services except as the law allows;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Services to send spam or malware; or
• Use an assistant to make decisions that require human judgment without appropriate human review.

5. AI assistants — how they work, and your part in it

These terms are specific to how our product behaves, and they matter:

• Human oversight is required. Assistants operate with human-in-the-loop checkpoints. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising the work they do on your behalf and for the decisions you make based on their output.
• Outputs can be imperfect. AI systems can make mistakes or produce inaccurate results. We build guardrails, testing, and escalation to reduce this, but we do not warrant that output will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
• No guaranteed outcomes. Any timelines, metrics, or example results (including the seven-day build) describe our typical approach and past illustrations — they are not a promise of specific results for your business.
• You keep control. You can pause or stop an assistant at any time. You define the scope of what it may do, and it acts within those limits.
• Third-party models. Assistants are built on third-party AI platforms whose availability and behavior we don't fully control; their terms may also apply to your use.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its content, the HireIn7 name and logo, and the underlying methods and software are owned by HireIn7 or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the website for its intended purpose. You may not use our marks without our written permission. Rights in deliverables from a paid engagement are set out in your separate agreement.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us the rights we need to operate the Services for you. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so under our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing terms.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on and link to third-party tools (for example, hosting, analytics, scheduling, and AI model providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireIn7 and Delaware Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). These limits are a fundamental part of the agreement between us.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireIn7 and Delaware Digital from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access to the website if you breach these terms or to protect the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to a separate agreement, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
